Faced to Rua da Reboleira, in the ground and first floor operates a design and a web design enterprises - Conceito Gráfico and Conceito Global, respectively - on the 2nd and 3rd floors are available two apartments - on the sub floor (composed by two floors), accessed from Rua de Cima de Muro is a bar. From its magnificent balcony you can appreciate absolutely unique and unforgettable sunrises or sunsets. Highly recommended it´s the restaurant VINHAS D´ALHO - Portuguese traditional cuisine is typically mediterranean with predominancy in fish and porc meat plates. In spite of Portugal be a small country, each region have their own typical menu with their characteristics ingredients and making types. A healthy and diversified cuisine, the challenge consists in to experiment! At the 2nd floor a one-bedroom apartment that takes up 80m², with a complete bathroom, a fully equipped kitchenette (oven, freezer, micro-wave, grill, toaster, kettle, porcelains) and a lounge/dinning room including dining table and sofas which one a click- clack. Bedroom with 24m² providing two 130x190cm beds and balcony over rio Douro. Sleeps up 4 adults and 1 child sharing parent´s bed and TV satellite (1200 channels).
