RESERVATIONS

All the apartments/owners have their own special conditions that will be presented to you in the apartment webpage and in booking confirmation email.A prepayment of 20% of the total cost of the reservation is asked to book our apartments. The remaining payment is charged in the arrival day (at the check in) and can be paid by cash or card. Your booking will be confirmed after the prepayment is verified and you will receive a confirmation email from our team. This email contains all the booking details such as the check-in and out dates, included services and other information.The owner or contact person has the right to demand the signature of a reservation contract and has also the right to change the lodging due to failures without solution or other extreme causes. Go2oporto is not responsible for these inconvenient situations.


CANCELLATIONS

In order to cancel your reservation, you need to contact us by email to: cancellations@go2oporto.com with your reservation id number: 1. If cancelled up to 14 days prior to the check in date, no fee will be charged and we return your prepayment. 2. If canceled later, 100% of the first night will be charged. 3. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

CHECK IN / CHECK-OUT

Check-in can be done between 15h00 and 21h00. If specifically requested and authorized by GO2OPORTO, it can be done a late check-in, with a 30€ fee. The check-out must be done until 11h00. If specifically requested and authorized by GO2OPORTO, a late check-out can be done, for free depending on availability.

DEPOSITS

The owner reserves its right to demand a deposit when you arrive, to assure that the apartment will be taken care of. That amount of money will be returned to you at the checkout, if the apartment doesn’t present any kind of damage.

CLEANING

The apartments are cleaned before the guest´s arrival. For stays longer than 8 nights, a maintenance cleaning will be carried out in the middle of the stay, as well as change of towels and sheets. In these cases, maintenance clean will be performed on the 5º day and every 5 days. If requested, an extra cleaning can be done during the stay of the guests, which will have an extra fee of 25€. When leaving the apartment must be delivered in reasonably clean condition – Please don’t leave any electric device turned on and take the garbage outside. The apartment should be in the same conditions as on your check-in. If not GO2OPORTO may charge an additional fee.

OCCUPATION

Upon booking, guests will give the number of clients that will stay in the apartment. In no case the maximum occupancy of the apartment can be exceeded.

RULES OF BEHAVIOR

Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. No pets are allowed unless expressly authorized by GO2OPORTO. Guests should note that they are in residential building, so they should have a proper behavior, both respecting the other guests and the remaining neighbors, day and night. Otherwise, GO2OPORTO is entitled to request customers to leave the apartment without the right to claim any type of compensation.

RESPONSIBILITY

GO2OPORTO is not responsible for any damage arising item the use of the apartment or for any loss of personal belongings inside or outside de housing.

COMPLAINTS

Complaints about the service should be reported by the clients to GO2OPORTO within 48 hours after is detection. If the complaint cannot be resolved on site, it should be addressed by email to geral@go2oporto.com, given the number and dates of booking accommodation.
