How can I book an apartment?

To book an apartment you must choose the dates on the apartment page and click on the Reserve button. Then just follow the instructions.

What Payment Options Are Available?

The available payment methods are: VISA, Paypal, MasterCard, American Express and Bank Transfer.

How much time will it take to validate / confirm my Reservation?

Your reservation will be confirmed and validated as soon as we receive the reservation price payment. If payment is done using VISA, Paypal, MasterCard or American Express, your reservation will be automaticly validated in a few minutes. If you choose to pay using Bank Transfer, it can take up to 5 business days for us to confirm your payment and validate your reservation.

Is there a minimum amount of nights for a reservation?

Yes, there is a minimum limit of 2 nights.

Is there a maximum amount of nights for a reservation?

No, there is not a limit for maximum amount of nights.

I want to do a reservation with specific and/or special needs

Use the apartments search box section where you can discriminate options like: dates, location, keywords, capacity and price. Or you can contact us directly by email or phone with your specific needs and we will do our best efforts to meet them.

The prices are rated by apartment or number of people?

The prices are always rated by apartment. Each apartment has its own standard cappacity (pax) described on the apartment page. Some apartments have the possibility of having extra people by paying an extra cost.

What is the deposit?

The deposit is an amount of money that the owner requires to assure that the apartment will not take any damages. That amount of money will be returned to you at the checkout, if the apartment doesn\’t present any kind of damage.

In the number of people should we include the number of children?

Children with more than 2 years age count as an adult. Bellow 2 years age, all accomodation is free and doesn't have to be included in the number of people.

I want to do a reservation but I don't want to pay using the Internet.

You don't need to pay the reservation price using the Internet. You can pay by bank transfer. During the reservation process the payment option will show up and you can then choose the payment option that you prefer.

Do I need to bring sheets or towels?

All the apartments have clean sheets and towels. If you stay for more than 7 days we will change them.
